hmmm, can't think of any that haven't been mentioned. But I'll second Tal Farlow, Joe Pass, Scott Henderson, Frank Gambale, John McLaughlin, Pat Metheny, John Scofield, Barney Kessel, Wes Montgomery, Larry Coryell, Mike Stern (did anyone mention him?), early George Benson (before he discovered his voice & became a pop singer - although, he still sneaks in some sexy licks between vocal lines).
Also, I highly recommend Vernon Reid's new album with his band, Masque. It's called Known Unknown. Gets a lot of play 'round my house.
