up, and maybe he'd even ship the guitar to you. Maybe not, but it's worth a phone call, eh?

I had an 18-year-old kid blowing me off on a guitar I bought from Ebay. Turned out he was using a friend's Ebay account, but I contacted
the guy whose account it was and gave me the kid's address and phone #. I called him up and mentioned I'd already got his local sheriff's info and would press charges for mail fraud, and he shipped the next day. The guitar came in fine, about a month after I'd paid him due to having to track him down.

This just really blows me up though, I've been a really upstanding member here, selling and buying tons of guitars and amps, and sending TONS of free **** to people just because they'd use it insted of sitting in my junk box.

Yeah, but it's almost 2 months since DRSRacing
first posted this thread. If it gets resolved, that's great, but implying DRS was impatient when Ox is only responding 2 months later is a bit lame. After all, despite hurricanes and running away from home, he could have logged onto the Internet at any public library, for free, and PM'ed DRS at any time between August 20 and now. I think that anybody here would be perturbed after 2 months, and the guitar still hasn't been shipped or I'm sure Ox would've said so here.
He just needs to come through with no more excuses and make it right, that's all.

We've got this tooken care of, He's trying to get his stuff back from his parants house, when he does the Guitar is mine, He did offer to send me some money each week till It's paid off, but at this point He could use the money more than I can, It was never about the money to me, it was I put my trust into someone to send me something after I already sent them something.
