Oh, I think Slate has a few good moments of Bush in action on the flip flop over the years, better known as whoppers.
and..wasn't it Cheney that filled out deferments four or five seperate times to avoid service in 'Nam? How about the Atty General John Ashcroft? Seven times he filed deferment to avoid service in Vietnam. Yes, I do believe it was-there's some friggin war heros for ya eh? Quick to put others lives on the line, but when it comes to their own hides, forget it.

Bush is not going to win. Period. Horns, I'd wager against you on Bush winning.

You can mark it down, that I proclaim it to be so. Kerry will beat Bush...Provided some head turning **** doesn't come up in Iraq, or something like that. I'd leave it to that beaty eyed bastard (what I call Bush) to pull something out of his ass to win.

Also, The comment "Real Metal Heads vote for Bush" well guess what, I was at Ozzfest yesterday in Burgettstown PA, and there was not one thing for sale, or anyone had on for Bush promotion, it was ALL anti Bush.. I even bought a few things!

• Re: Poll: How are you voting this year?

Bush was not a draft-dodger, he served in the reserves, at home. A draft-dodger is one who fled to Canada or Europe after receiving a draft notice. Kerry only joined the Navy when his number came up for draft into the Army, so why not say he dodged the draft too? Both signed up for a less-dangerous form of service, and since Kerry did get sent over, he scratched himself 3 times so he could go home.
His Vietnam service was FOUR MONTHS; he got the hell out the second he could, and then humiliated his fellow servicemen. The only reason he wrapped himself in his Vietnam service for this campaign is that his record is one of the most equivocal ever made in the Senate. His word can't be trusted.

I back the war in Iraq as it was a haven for terrorists - Abu Nidal, Abu Abbas, Ansar al-Islam, the Salman Pak terror training camp.
When Bush said we were declaring war on TERROR after 9/11, he didn't say Afghanistan only - he said ANYONE who harbored terror would be fair game. Everyone understood this and most supported it - I suport it still. I don't begrudge Bush his vengeance against Saddam for trying to kill his dad either. Blood feud is something Arabs understand. They need to know that we will avenge ourselves if they draw our blood, and that our capacity for bloodshed far exceeds theirs. John Kerry is not the one to deliver that message, since he is a known flip flopper and liar.

So, some say Bush lied, and we know Kerry lies
at his convenience. I'll take the one who is kicking our enemies' asses, thank you.

Then there is what Kerry told the Boston Glode about why he volunteered for the swift boats... "I didn't really want to get involved in the war. When I signed up for the Swift Boats, they had very little to do with the war. They were engaged in coastal patrolling, and that's what I though I was going to do."

In that case you better declare war on Syria, Iran and North Korea.. the sooner the better. No sense waiting any longer, they're in pursuit of WMD and we need to liberate the country and dump billions into nation building we said we wouldn't do.

I think we did a good job the first few days of the war ...

Then we let the media and the world know every little detail of our business..so it quickly became the very first PC war...WTF????!!!

Think of it as you would in a real fight ... If some fag wants to call ass on me . I'll beat him till he's down and out! I'm not going to knock him down , turn my back and walk away just to get speared from behind.

Nope ..I'm going to make sure that fag will NEVER want to see me or hear my name ever again.

We should have continue to hit them hard ...so hard they would have never recovered ..Take the oil fields and guard them as our own ...it's OURS now ..

Set a friggin' example ..the world isn't so pleased with the US anyways right ...so what did we have to lose...nothin'.

we would have showed such an overwhelming show of force that all will respect us at least thru fear..if anything else.

we would have the world by the balls and everybody would have to put on a fake smile and bow down to America ...or else.

We are the most powerful country in the world and we let the world and our very own biased media dictate to us how to use that power....big friggin' mistake.

We should of just pummeled and took all that we wanted...and nobody could or would have done a thing about it ...except for the one half of the Americans in our country that would boo hoo about it for a while (dems)...until they reaped the benifits of our efforts ...then all will be great!!

Like that whole indian thing we did a couple hundred years ago...

to anyone who opposes this idea ...just think of that house your sitting in all nice and cozy on a land that was brutally taken by force by our forefathers ...Great friggin' work guys you ruled!!.

that's the only way to a handle war...or you get this ongoing BS clusterfukk..

Bush is a pussy cat compared to what we should have done ...but the media playes all the negative stuff to death and fuels all the liberal panty wastes ..so we have to fight and win a war by watching what we do , what we say and how we say it ...WTF???

like that stupid prisoner abuse "scandal" ..It's a friggin' WAR!!

I wished this war happened twenty or thirty years ago ...because that is exactly what have been done ..just like ALWAYS....there would be no huge media circus liberal humpin' scandals ...

Bush is a friggin' pussycat ...too bad he can't act on this ...I'm sure he wants to.

[/ QUOTE ]Iran SHOULD be next, then Syria. North Korea is a tougher problem because they already have nuclear weaponsand Kim Jong Il is probably delusional enough to use them. We need to have Russia and China join us against North Korea, which is likely, eventually. But they can wipe out Los Angeles or Seattle already. Maybe in Minneapolis that doesn't seem important, but it is. Why let Iran and Syria gain that capability as well? The Iraq invasion brought Qadafi in line, and it sends a message to the terrorists who've declared us their enemy,as well as others who might do the same. The time is over when we could stay home and ignore the world's affairs; that being the case, we have the right to influence it's shape as best we can, to protect our interests, just as every nation has that right to the extent that it can.

Re-building my ass ...Take it , Buy it , control it ...it would be a great American annex..and it should be ...it probably will be when this is done ..but not admittingly or blatant.

we do that and Korea would change there tune real fast and any other lesser powers as well.!!!

Like I said we our the most powerful country in the world ..it's about time we show it.

we must establish ourselves to anyone wishing to oppose us.

Why not just melt everyone else and call it a day, then the only people left to dissent could be tossed in jail, they forfeit everything they have to redevelope whats salvagable and the few of those in the reign of power left standing after the fallout can live underground like kings.

because the sell job Bush peddled and his approach was a regime change, not a conquer, terrorize, kill and pillage every civilian that had feared Saddam. Reporters died in the lines right along with our guys.. were they there as advisors? as people who dictated how the war should be ran? No, just people doing what they're paid to do..showing the events of what was going on as it happened because technology allowed it.
