Yes Rich ...but a cry for help and wanting to kill yourself is two very different things..

I talked and handled countless people with both mindsets ..well there was a few I couldn't talk to ...too late.

The ones that want to (truly want to) don't tell anyone ...the cry for help people tell everbody...or at least one person to call the police and "save their life"
