Pick up his first solo album, which is simply called "Jaco Pastorius". There aren't any individual highlights on that album--the whole damn thing is great.

Apart from that, check out "Teen Town" from Weather Report's 'Heavy Weather' album. That track is a short showcase for Jaco where he plays both the bass and drums--absolutely fukkin' great! He was one of a kind and is greatly missed. RIP.
