3 days without power, 5 days of no work...
My phone just started working again.

All kinds of damage.


Does life ever get better?

Seems leik everytime I try to do the right thing (pay off my debts and make a purchase to make me happy, and treat my ex g/f to a nice night)....something just **** comes and crushes it.

I'm considering joining the army again.

The most important is you are fine.
I hate hurricanes and storms.
Last year in September,I had 10days straight with no power and no phone.
I hope it doesn't happen again in this month.

I see some dark clouds...
It always happens in the 3rd and 4th week of September...
10days of no power at home.. I would miss a lot of E-bay auctions.

I'm just a sitting duck of frustration till I can save up, and get in aviation school.

As far as my family goes, I have no guidance, no shelter...not much really. But I am thankfull they are safe....

Everything just seems to pile up, till I either break, or hang in there till I make it...

And yes, hurricane Ivan is predicted to hit here in FL....
Like I said... all problems piled.

Well, there's a good chance it'll hit the central Gulf Coast instead, like Mississippi or Louisiana (my area). I sure don't want it to hit here, but you guys in Florida have already been hit twice so I REALLY don't want to see you hit again!

"Bunkers" I think that would be the beat housing in Florida. At least until there are retractable home that can pop in and out of the ground.

Bunkers won't work in South Florida. Dig 5 feet, ya hit water. Dig a swimming pool, and spend most of the money preping the ground and pumping it.
