I can't believe someone who can't play Ain't Talkin' Bout Love or Crazy Train even knows what syncopation is. It's funny that someone who can't play in time would use a term regarding not playing on the beat. If playing music required a lisence, I bet he wouldn't pass the permit test.

He refered to the phrasing or way I would strum chords or my picking as Syncopation. Total idiot! The singer is a total idiot too cause he thinks if I play that C chord I mentiond earlier and the bass player plays B that it sounds ok and he doesn't cosider that a major F*** up, even after that bass player has played it like that through 3 of the 4 choruses in the song [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Now the new guy on guitar is just like tha bass player, we showed him how to play something and he tells me " I'm too lazy to go and see if you are right" That would be fine if he did what we told him but he wouldn't .

I guess there are two meanings of being "all over it" One is being so good you are "all over it" The other is playing all over the place hitting every note EXCEPT the note that is supposed to be blayed. Oh, and he may know too much about music, he just doesn't seem to be able to play it. Is this correct?
