What is this song???!

Ok so I heard this song on the radio a few times and on my roommate's surfing video but no matter where I hear it I can't ever find out who it is. It's an instrumental song, sounds like its of 70's vintage and maybe it's Jeff Beck or Carlos Santana...anyway there are lots of bendy high notes on guitar and at the end the dude starts playing faster descending scales while pulling the heel down on a wah at the same time. I know this is a vague description but I just have to find out what this song is and learn it!!

It could be "Drive" from Animal Instinct. It's one of his more popular tunes. (The Endless Summer II Soundtrack version is acoustic)

Hocus Pocus was originaly done by Focus and had vocals on it

Yea I know.
I thought of it because that song has the old vibe(because it's old song) and a lot of bendy high notes plus fast descending scales while wah is on.
That is exactly it.

No that's too fast...this song is pretty slow. Plus I should mention, I heard the song on a radio station that plays mostly 60s-70s stuff with a little bit of 80s stuff tossed in.
