Hey this is not the first time I have seen this even though I'm a bar tender I started working at a Tattoo shop as an apprentice. I have seen this done twice & the picture makes the 5th time I know of this being done. Oddly enough this something that is more popular when doing classic japanese Tattooo work. I've seen the dragon an elephant & one where it looks like a Samurai that was holding his sword in front of him you get the picture! Me i'm covered in Ink I'm getting Tattooed from neck to my knees minus 1 very important spot Thats right the tool doesn't get Ink!

What I find weird is I would assume that pain would cause maximum shrinkage. Perhaps this guy got off on the pain, so he remained firm for the artist.
