If Wayne Charvel had been named Wayne Martin. He would have been able to run Martin's Guitar Shop, a division of Martin Manufacturing.
But Grover would not have been able to use the name Martin to make Martin Guitars. So, the guitars would have been named something else. Let's say Glendora?
Glendora Guitars would still have eventually become Jackson Guitars. Still would have been sold to IMC. Still would have been sold to FMIC.
But...
Would Wayne Martin be so easily able to dupe people into thinking he was the founder of Glendora Guitars the same way Wayne Chavel can with Charvel Guitars?
