I shoud have known the name of that song. It was the same year that my second daughter was born and I need a name. I named her Devan after the girl in the video. She has asked many times where I came up with that name. I explained to her it was after a girl in a Billy Idol vid., but I never told her which one. She is 12 now, but I don't think I'm ready to let her watch that.
