Does anyone have any experience with this? Do you get all the MIDI patterns with it? I can't play blast beats or Death Metal style drums on my keyboard, but I saw this on Youtube.

I don't know, but even if it does I would instead recommend doing two things: 1. program your own parts, and 2. getting midi files other people have made. for 1., most DAWs have a midi editor you can use to put in all the midi notes on a timeline. nobody uses a keyboard to do it live. if you need a place to start, that's where 2 comes it. either find actual midi files or better yet download some guitar pro files of songs you like and export the drums as midi. then import the drum midi into your daw and edit as you like
