what do you think the best crackle finish is

i just bought a nuno bettencourt washburn project guitar
and am thinking of having a crackle finish. just seeing
if you guys or girls have any ideas

Here's mine. I never liked crackle finishes really, but this one grew on me. I like it about the best of the different ones that I have seen really. I've heard it called Desert Crackle, and Bone Crackle as well. Dunno.

I have always liked Firecrackle but I saw a green crackle that looked cool too. I used to think the Rainbow crackle was cool until the Ghey and Lesbos took over the rights of the Rainbow. Now I am not so sure it's cool anymore. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Pesonally, I like the Black/silver or the Black/Blue crackles best.

Red and black, and dat's a fack! That's the only crackle I really like, though the desert crackle Cleve posted is kinda cool too!

I've always liked the crackle finishes on the old Washburn EC series. Check out the pics on this site. The red magma is awesome and I really like the blue/black that Tony Iommi is holding though I've not seen that color in person.

Firecrackle is coolest.

With Desert Crackle close behind. Although the Desert Crackle is a totally different style finish
