Oh, and I forgot to mention, for self-defense, if you're not going to shoot this pistol regularly, like a couple times a month for at least a few months, I would suggest going with a revolver over a semi-auto. With a revolver all you need to do is load it, point and pull the trigger. Nothing to go wrong. Semi-automatics are fine as long as you train with them regularly enough to where ANY action you would need to perform becomes second nature.
