Re: Holy Crap!!
[ QUOTE ]
you know, this stuff makes me sick. I hate war. I cannot advocate wars of any kind. call me what you will, I dont care. There are other ways of dealing with our problems than war, but we as human beings are all too fukking stupid to see that. Human beings are the lowest form of scum on this planet and we deserve to make us all extinct with the way we behave and treat each other. What the fukk is wrong with us?
I have a customer who served in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. He told me about walking everyday past the morgue in nam on his way to work. He said everyday he watched them wheel out the 17 and 18 year old kids that had been killed.
the only question I have is: Why?
no matter what you say, you cant give me a good enough answer or reason for war. There is no one to blame but our entire race. I dont care waht god you have, what color you are, or anything else....we are all to blame, we have let it go too far.
the human race better get its $hit together before its too late. we have to learn to live together. Its time to stop killing. NOW.

So you finally learned that the human race isn't perfect. Every Human on this planet is a member of the same race, yet each one is different. Everyone is an individual, their minds being like a completely unique little universe. Unfortunetely there is no defined "right" or "wrong" in the universe we all share. So, people naturally through time reach conflicts and disagreements with each other.
Yes, war is a terrible, horrifying reality to most of us. Most people don't want to die, especially a hostile, painful death far away from our homes. However, try to look at it like this: You're a living person who can do things and make decisions. No one really knows for sure why you're here, but you're here. I don't believe the point of life is to be born, and live a completely perfect, happy life free of evil. Because without evil or bad, how can there be any good? Problems and obstacles will be thrown at you in your life, and you have to make decisions. Let the learning begin!
BTW, if you ever pick up some history books you'll learn of times and events in the history of this world. Compared to many other wars and events in the past, this war with Iraq doesn't look quite as horrifiying to me.
