Sox in 6 but only to lose in the series. Always good baseball though Bo Sox and Yanks to watch. I just can't decide what is worse being from the Bronx or from Boston

As far as Beltran I don't know who wouldn't want them on their team next year (well aside from the Royals)

the Yankee's always seem to find a way to win...don't see it any differently this year... On paper the sox look to be in a better shape but in the mojo/intangible category, the Yankee's got it going on. Yankees in 6 or 7

Boston's year to beat the Yanks but they will choke against St Louis. Mark my words... would be the same story for the Cubs or the Chi Sox these teams will always shoot themselves in teh foot and in the Chi Sox case it hurts more because Joe has no Shoes

Gotta disagree. Yanks and the Bambino in 5. But, I agree with this being more exciting than the World Series. This should be the World Series! I'll have my beer, chips and Charvel with me at the TV tonight.

what i like the most is how most of the world has the yankees completely written off. this is the most underrated yankee team in playoff history. they did manage to win 101 games with "absolutely no pitching".
i love this stuff.
a loss tonite is much bigger for the sox than it is the yanks.

agree with you tommy about a yankee game one loss. from what i've seen, they usually drop game one, no? i don't think that the world has written them off, and espn was picking them to win on baseball tonight last night. of course, they're all a bunch of no-good hopheads, but that's a different issue.

Sox win it in the Fens. Anybody that believed a word Pedro said did exactly what he hoped. He was throwing 95+ against the Angels. There's more than just throwing to the game when it comes to Pedro Martinez. If the Sox bats are hot the Yankees will be given their walking papers and can take all those MLB sponsored shirts and 1918 hats and stick them up their A$$es. That shirt should say MLB and not the Red Sox anyhow. I wonder who is favored there. And if Lee Mazzilli didn't lay down for 14 games out of 19 the Yankkes wouldn't have 101 wins.
