Re: the official yankees-sox series thread (f.p.o.)

You have the displeasure of acquiring what is termed "the fair weather fan" because of your win record. The ones that are fans but never watch the games. Only known players like A-Rod or Jeter. We have one. John Kerry. His favorite player is Manny Ortiz. What putz. lol And for us real fans of baseball your are 100% correct. This rivalry is the best. 20 minutes and I'm outta here to go prep for this evenings 1st stage of the best baseball has to offer. Gotta dig up my Jeter sucks A-Rod T-shirt. You don't see MLB making any of those available on their shopping site for us Sox fans though now do you. lol

Re: the official yankees-sox series thread (f.p.o.)

one time on the fourth of july, i am on the roof of my house in downtown huntington beach with some customers and some party friends and we're watching the town riots from above. it was really cool to see, anyway, i walk towards the alley and i look down and there is this freakin' buzzard type guy pissing on my garage door. since i was undetected, i unzipped and started pissing down on his head.
he freaks out, looks up and screams what the fukk are you doing man?!!!! i said "i don't know, pissing on your head i guess. get the fukk away from my garage door you pimple on the ass of progress!!!" he ran away, it was a stitch indeed.
then it was back to the riot watching.

Off topic, but I once witnessed that in reality. Long story short, I went to visit a bud at his college many years ago. Two of his roomates loved to go at each other. Coming home smashed from bar-hopping one night, they started into each other in a parking lot. No blows, mind you. Just arguing like MF's.

Funniest thing I had ever seen... One dude keeps the argument going full tilt, right up in the other guy's face and all to distract him. All the while barking back and forth, he's unzipping the barn door and leaking over his bud's leg. Full bladder after a night of drinking, totally drains himself. That coordination and convincing took talent.

I laughed so hard, I nearly pissed my own pants.

I had a friend who went out to Berkley for school. He was living on Haight and Ash and he got some good Acid. Wasn't cut like the stuff we were used too he took 4 tabs and was tripping for 72 hours..

Anyway he kinda got tweaked didn't go to school and moved back home. He was nuts when he got high after that though. We would just run up to him and whisper in his ear while he zoned out and we could make him piss in his pants at least once a night

No, man. They were all musicians, too. Most of 'em were in a band together at the time. I forget exactly the topic of debate, but it was possibly their respective performances at the prior night's gig. Or why they had miserably failed with the chicks they had tried to hook up with that night.

And they pretty much all ended up as middle / high school music teachers throughout the country.

When I went to a yankees/m's game this year I sat next to a Sox fan, He had the coolest shirt it said

"I route for 2 teams, The Red Sox and Whoever beats the Yankees".

I've seen that shirt before. I happened to be at Cooperstown Hall of Fame on Sunday and in the back where the plaques are, are two life size figures. Babe Ruth on the left and Ted Williams on the right. So I took a couple of pictures with them. I stood next to Babe with thumbs up, then proceeded over to Ted Williams to have my picture taken with him. I got some nasty looks from Red Sox fans that where there when my friend got done taking the picture. (No disrespect to Ted of course.) I'll use that picture to mail to my brother-in-law (die-hard Red Sox Fan) for Christmas, since he's also a Patriot fan and been giving me crap about the Jets.

Anyone want to take bets on who does the first beaning, and when?

Personally, I think it'll be Pedro tomorrow. But, on the chance that Shilling gets a little shelled tonight, he's got the temperment, too. And they'll probably be throwing at A-Rod.
