If you have your own space it's easy using FTP.

convert .wav to .mp3
have a space avail on the web
upload mp3 file
link on a web page

onlinerock.com is free but it sucks but if you don't have an assload of content it will work out for you. I used them for a while until I had too much stuff. once I had to pay for the additional space I only used them for little while. For a paid service I wasn't getting what I was wanting but who's complaining when its free.

You can upload your mps3 and then share the link. [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]
