Oh, and the last minute of monkey shines when the guy is dreaming that the monkey jumps out of his back.

Re: The Best Horror and Suspense Films

      As for bad horror movies:

Just about anything made by a major studio after 1995

Though there are some exceptions(Tim Burton's Sleepy Hollow), all the crappy slasher flicks with stupid teenagers can lick my ass.
      This includes:

      ANYTHING with Jennifer Love Hewitt
ANYTHING by Wes Craven(the Nightmare on Elm Street series had it's moments, but it pales in the face of true horror!!)
      the Final Destination movies
Darkness Falls(sorry, the Tooth Fairy isn't scary)

I can't name many more, I usually try to ignore what most people call "horror" these days. They should call it "horrid". Slasher movies don't scare me when the murderer looks like someone I could beat the living sh;t out of with my bare hands(any one of those losers from Scream)

The Hellraiser movies were really good. How about the ending in Carie? Reanimator was cool too.
13 Ghosts was a very cool movie
The first Nightmare on Elm Street was good.
Dog Soldiers is a good werewolf movie
So is American Werewolf in London

Yeah Ace that is a brutal movie for sure ...the 70's was notorious for brutality...I miss that!!!

Crispin Glover was great in Williard the scene at the funeral home when he flips out is great.

Man I once woke up a whole party of hung over people at 7 AM on Sunday morning to watch the end of Monkey Shines. When he kills that Monkey man that was the best thing I had ever scene. I can verify no one else was humored by this scene. Weak punks sleeping so much...

I was watching some top 100 scariest movies on Bravo the other night. Some good some bad. Man the devil was banging the hell out of Mia Farrow in "Rosemary's baby". Looked like a good old fashion grudge fuk. lol
