umm Newbury street is perfectly fine... Nothing but some scattered trash here and there, which is kind of normal anyway.

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm not entirely sure why you felt the need to go out of your way to contradict me, but allow me to retort:

When I say "trashed", I was using the literal meaning, i.e. full of trash - which it was when I got down here at 6:30AM. Could it be possible that by the time you rolled yourself out of bed and walked down to Newbury that it might have been cleaned up a little? Just a bit?

It's cool though, I thought I knew it all when I was a student as well. Besides, there is no better feeling than pointing out the shortcomings of others, right Lev?

wow, chill out I guess our definitions of 'trashed' are different... when I read your post I was expecting to go out and see uprooted trees, broken signs and windows, etc. Now all of a sudden I'm a lazy know it all that goes out of my way to point out the shortcomings of others

At least they can win with that payroll.

from the desk of george steinbrenner-

George Steinbrenner wrote:
"Congratulations to the Boston Red Sox, to their ownership and to the people of Boston. The Red Sox deserve all the credit for what they have accomplished. But make no mistake about it. We are hard at work and will be back with a strong team for our loyal New York Yankee fans.''

Glad to see it. George is a master at building teams that win. The Yankees team will be much better off now that George has pushed Cashman aside and is making the hiring decisions. That Vazquez/Posada trade for Randy Johnson sounds like a good start for George and the Yankees.

Lev, it's all good. I obviously read into it more than I should have and "unleashed the fooking fury" (like Yngwie does) by mistake. I'll buy you a drink someday over at the Pour House....when you are old enough Sorry, just a light hearted joke! I'll switch to decaf now.

No way. I may get a little testy when I forget my anger management class training (I'm kidding)but I'm a happy little New England Clam! Wearing my 'colors' today to the office. Believe me, I'm glad to shed that weight forever!

Clemens said that???
