this is nevermore at its finest. imo its almost the best album they have ever done until now, but i think EoR is just a little bit better.....exept for the sound, which sucks hard [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Warrel and Jeff was not happy with the mix of EOR they told me "sounds like there is a blanket over the whole sound"...but Jeff's performance on that is incredible

The Sacrament of POE has one of my favorite Loomis solos..

I'm also very fond of the In Memeory EP...but there is something from all their albums that just kicks my ass..

Nevermore are one of those bands that ALWAYs kicks my ass , like no other band does live....not even close!

Nevermore is bar none..the best band coming out of the states. NObody comes close to these guys. But they don't tour enough.

exept for the wacken open air, they hardly tour in europe.

i think jeffs best lead EVER is the one in engines of hate. btw, he said that this one was COMPLETELY improvised....maybe i should quit playing guitar ^^

i tried to tab out some of nevermore's stuff....but dammit, you cannot tab what jeff loomis plays. simply impossible ^^

I think they tour enough,I've already seen their show 2 times here in Italy.Awesome live events of course.

i've only seen them once, but it was the best show i've ever been to (at least so far [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] ).
well, i suppose they will go on tour next summer. afaik jeff has written 7 song and steve 5 for the new album, and they have arranged and rehearsed 6 i think (check steve's board)....so i guess they will start recording in january or so

2005 will be the year of killer metal. a new nevermore album and a new kreator album (which will be released in february i think), both to be released in the first half of 2005....i cant wait [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
