Don't get me wrong i am a fan of Styx myself. but they really lost me with Mr. Roboto, and the tour that followed. what the hell was that all about? after looking at the song list for kilroy Was Here i guess it is not all bad. it's no Paradise Theater or Grand Illusion but not bad.

No way! That's one of the better "newer" albums (post-Power Windows). My list:
Rush - Presto
Metallica - St Anger
VH - III
Megadeth - Rust in Peace
Yes, RiP. everyone raves about this album but I just listened to Peace Sells, So Far, So Good, and Rust back to back last week while changing strings on a couple guitars. After Holy Wars and Hangar 18, the rest of the album sucks. Countdown is their best album.

Accept - Metal Heart (a letdown after restless & wild, balls to the wall)

Malmsteen - Odyssey

David Lee Roth - Whatever album #2 was, and everything else.
So much for the style of #1

Helloween - Pink Bubbles Go Ape - hopeless

Exodus - Impact is Immanent - a big yawn

Testament - Souls of Black - fast downhill slide begins

I'll be damned...someone else thinks that too. I thought the production was bad (cardboard drums, buzzy guitars)and the songs were lame. Holy Wars was about it. Hanger 18 has the stupidest lyrics in the world but it's just a cool Marty jam anyway, not really even a song.
