I thought the Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando wasn't bad, some cool stuff there.

Try the Guitar Gallery ( or something like that ). It's in Downtown Disney. They have some very high end and custom Fenders, Ibanezs, and Gibsons. Unfortunately no Jacksons.

I was at the downtown Disney shop two weeks ago and they had a nice Ibanez J-Custom (JCRG-4 I believe) and an RG-Gear. If you are into Ibanez.
