Skankin' Spyware (n-Case)

n-Case/180Solutions - anyone tackled this one? After going through the registry and about 50 other locations where this festering program was hiding, I might have finally got rid of it, but I wouldn't be surprised if somehow it's still there.

I wonder if theres a way to send a wretched virus to the 180Solutions company and crash their systems.

Yea, that one is a pain, you just have to make sure you get all the dlls that go with it.

No just spyware. It adds a lot of crap to your windows and windows/system folders. Gives you a ton of popups usually and can be a bitch to clean, but can be done. This should give you a little info about it and how to dump it-

n-Case is a bad one but the Bullseye Network/Shopping buddy is one of the worst. If you get that one, you can almost bet you will have to format & reload. Just watch your pop-up's and you should be ok. NEVER close a suspicous window by clicking the "X" or "Close" button. They can be a masked button to install the program. Use ALT + F4 or right click it on the task bar and click close.
