I have been here for the last 6 years [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] Yup, I am all over the Chicago Bungalow program but when you want to live on the north side, it becomes a bit harder to find the right one for the right price. We had an awesome one that had been all rehabbed and had the whole stainless steel appliances/granite countertops, which is rare for our price range...but the basement flooded so we got out of it.

well it was a finished basement and that was where I would have put the guitars and all the hifi stuff, so not something we really wanted to mess with in our first house.
A high rise condo would be cool. Whatever you do, don;t get a red-brick 3-flat condo...those people are going to lose their ass when prices level off. I can also see you in a west-loop or near sout-side loft...those are very nice.

Naaah, I'm a nortsider at heart. (although I was born in nort-west Indiana) Though, River North is looking really good as of late. But I'd really like to stay here in Wrigleyville a bit longer. My fiance and I love the area.
