      Re: Had my motorcycle painted

I had one of the first 125 Elsinores in this area and if you kept it on the pipe, it was a rocket ship on two wheels. I remember the first time I lined up with the Pentons, the DKWs, the Hodakas, the Montessas, the Pursangs, and the tricked out Yamaha Enduros. The only bikes that could stay with me on the straights were the Bultacos and the tweaked out Pentons. Man, those were some good times! Getting old is a bitch!

Yeah, but then Suzuki unleashed the 1975 RM125, with it's radical long travel suspension, and all you Honda guys with all your horsepower were bouncing around spinning your back wheels in the air, while us Suzuki RM mounted guys were motoring right on by with our back wheels on the ground and digging...revenge was sweet!!
I was tired of getting my ass kicked on my Hodaka Super Combat, ya see...

Here is the bike that put the motocross world on its ass.
Yamaha YZ400F. Four stroke that revs like a two stroke. The roaring exhaust note is music to my ears.

The Yz400F Is an AWSOME race bike, I just never liked it's manners on the Trails.

            I still think the best bikes are a 1996 CR250 and a 1998 KX250

              Re: Had my motorcycle painted

Here was mine befor I put a full exhaust on. I put a TI force full exhaust on it then the insurance company decided they want to buy it. Had a tire go down, broke my left hand-been a rough summer and still can't play like I could before. Waiting for my 05 to get here.

I actually might be steppin' up into a new Zuki'. the Dealership by my house has an awsome finance package. I'm looking into the 1K or the 750, If I can get the Bike at #'sI want, then I'll Sell my Ninja and buy a mid 80's Vette

Mid 80's Vette's suck! they're slow and the build quality was sh!t!!! I'm a die hard GM guy but I wouldn't own a Vette built in the 80's, unless it was 80 to 82... and then it would be highly modified!!! JMO...

Guess I'm a little late on this one, but since everyone else is showing off their bikes, here's mine. I've added Renthal Fat Bars, a gripper seat, Dunlop 756 front and rear tires, VForce 3 Reeds, and an FMF SST pipe and Powercore 2 Silencer. It rips!
