Guys, is it considered a fetus at 8 1/2 months? Lacy was 8 1/2 months pregnant. Nobody gets an abortion at 8 1/2 months. Its called a c-section. Because its a fuggin baby by then.

I think that Scotty boy is guilty and should burn in hell after years of prison rape. But... I did'nt think there was enough evidence to convict him. And thats the scary part. Although we are all pretty sure he did it. It just cant be proved. Thats not how our court system is supposed to work. The flip side is the O.J case wherer they had TONS of evidence almost everything except a video of him doing the crime. And he gets off. I dunno, our court system is a joke.

Also Ron and Nicole's blood was in that bronco, and OJ had rubber gloves on when he put the murder gloves on, which is why they were tight - that and he was trying to spread
out dem fingers so dey wouldn't go in!

As for Peterson, people are convicted on circumstantial evidence all the time, and the standard of proof as beyond a REASONABLE doubt, not a shadow of a doubt as someone else posted earlier. He did it, and deserves the death penalty. Unfortunately that just means he gets a shot and goes to sleep, no suffering
for him. Well, if he gets life instead of death, someone in the GP will take him out, so I'm sure he won't live to old age in prison.

No kidding. No one knows the real story except those who were there, unless there's a video tape of them commiting said crime. I love how people take what they're told by the media as gospel. Yeah, the media is never wrong. These high profile cases always bring out the "legal expert" in people though and it does make for some very funny comments.....
