• Do you park at your neighbor's house?

OK, now this is on my nerves. I have this neighbor that has a bunch of cars. One is a real p.o.s. that I think is some kind of project?? Anyway for some reason they seem to think that MY house is part of their driveway. They park two cars at their house and one on their side of my front yard. Their house has room for one more car but it's closer to walk from my front yard. This has been pissing me off for some time now but today really pissed me off. Yesterday I raked leaves into the gutter for the city to come pick up. I park my work van in front of my house and it's the only car out there that's mine. so I leave a little pile in front and one behind my van. The pile in the rear is where the POS is usually parked. So today I come home from work and the damn leaves are moved to the spot where MY van is always parked and the back is clear. SOoo My neighbor clearly moved the leaves to park thier car and left them where I put my van!!!
Should this really piss me off so much? Am I just being a jerk? I think it is very rude to park in in front of someone's house all the time especially if you have stiil got space to put your car in front of your own house.

No...but I park in my front yead at times...LOL

Seriously, I know what your talking about....not that I have this problem at all...but Ive noticed in Staff housing on base, you have room to park 1 car in the driveway and the rest is on the street, but only on one side....so you have cars that go on forever in front of your house....anyway, I have no reason to post this...move along...nothing to see here....

Call the City.... EVERYDAY. I had a buddy in the same situation as you are in now. He called everyday for weeks and complained about it being an eyesore and lessening the value of the neighborhood. Needless to say, The po-po's finally came out and orange tagged it.... They had three days to move the pos or it was getting towed. It is now gone.

Donovan - Do you have kids? A bit of front-yard baseball would eventually get that car moved.

Is it your property that the guy parks on? I would go talk to them and ask them to park elswwhere if it is. If they still park ther etel them you have it towed

I live in a neighborhood where the garages and driveways are behind the houses with alley ways. Much nicer, not a bunch of cars parked in the ftont of houses or traffic up and down the streets.

That would piss me off royally and I would make a HUGE stink about it.
If after discussing the matter with my neighbors, if they were still being dorkwads I would start in with the phone calls. I'd also try to think of some creative parking ideas or measures of discouragement.

Goodluck. I feel for ya.
One time when I was living in an apartment some jerkoff kept parking in my only parking space. They wouldn't knock it off even after I asked them.
So one time I double parked behind them so they couldn't get out!
They had to wait there all day until I went to work (I worked nights) to get to their car. The cops and the management wouldn't help them out.
They never did it again.

<font color="yellow">Actually...if it were me, I would go out and get the cheapest, lowliest can of sardines I could find, open it up just a tad and provide an air hole...and pour it into the fresh air intake of the vehicle just to be a prick.

**** em...I may not win initially...but I'll fukk up their world in the long run

If they really piss me off, I'd put about a pound or so of clams on a hot summer day under their seats if they left the door unlocked

Keep casually spraying their car door handles with pepper spray...

Duuude!
I feel ya!
I have a new neighbor that does this crap!
There are like 2 families and kids and crap all living there. and like 5 cars!

So to give them the message I dont want them parking in front of my house, so I put my BB hope near the property line at the curb. But that didnt stop them...
Ive found it moved once and they still park in front of my house. Like why cant they park in fron of theirs!

To top it off, The HOA says I cant keep my hoop in the street at the curb.. I told them my 13 year old isnt big enuff to move it to play and that Im leaving it there.

As recently as last week, I went and knocked and told them my son cant play BB because they are parking up against my hoop and that I would appreciate it if they no longer parked there..

I tell you, i have lost sleep over this aggrevation an
more than one occasion!!

Thanks guys. I'm really an evil mother Fer at heart to I like the violent distructive ideas the best. Why the hell should I go over and talk to them. I'd mutch rather firebomb the car. I was thinking of chaining it up to my 4Runner and dragging it back to their house
