The directions inside Butterball labels are pretty good. Clean it, pat it, lightly butter or oil the outside, cover the pan with foil, cook forever (if it is big), remove foil, cook some more.

Eat, burp, nap.

Something like that.

Don't forget to defrost it first....you may have to leave it out the day before....depends on the weight.
