Dude...that's horrible man....I was right there a few months back myself....
Did you have your seatbelt on man? I was lucky and nothing serious happened...had my belt on and the airbag popped...but you had the dreaded t-bone....bad times man...

This is one of the worst experiences...not only are you injured...lost a car...but then dealing with the insurance aspect is a friggin nightmare! I hope that ass hole gets fukked over big time!

Get well soon Sully. I also broke my collarbone {hockey injury}. The bone poked right through my hockey jersey. Did they put that brace on that tightens from the back with one pull? Doctor did that one to me. I limped into the office keeled over in full uniform. Then with no warning, he just slipped the brace on, got behind me and pulled! Again, get well soon.

hey guys, thanks for the well wishes.

sleeping sitting up sucks, as does moving in general.

basically, i just got a green arrow to turn left, so i got out in the intersection, and i guess this guy couldn't stop fast enough (as he ran a red light) and hit me. eveything's a little foggy; i just remember going to turn, and that's about it.

i'm all taped, scraped, braced, and i'm gonna try to go back to sleep; it seems like i'm up every 15 minutes or so b/c who really sleeps sitting up? i guess i will for a while!

When I got in a car accident like 5 years ago, I was hospitalized for 5days and I was unable to move for couple of months.
I couldn't sleep and eat.I sweat all the time like crazy because of the pain. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
