Help me identify this movie

[Immortal]

The movie was recorded somewhere in 70's.

It's about 12 people who cpme into a big villa (in the desolated area) on a rainy night. Then they sit behind the table, lights goe off and then back on and suddenly one of 12 people is dead. And so on ...

Any clue?

There was an Agatha Christie story called "Ten Little Indians" which was made into a movie in the '60s. There was a remake called "And Then There Were None" made in the '70s. Link. There have been quite a few other movies with this type of plot, though.

There is a good chance you are talking about a Neil Simon movie called "Murder By Death". It was made in 1976 and is a comic murder mystery.

I agree with DG on this one, except for the 12 people part. Are you sure about that number? There should only be ten.

There was also Murder Can Hurt You, and The Fiendish Plot of Dr Fu Man Chu, but I think it's either Murder By Death or the Agatha Christie ones.

I think that Fu Manchu is the film we're looking for. If this is the only film of this brand by Peter Seller, than the case is closed.

Actually, Peter Sellers was in Fu Manchu as well as either Murder by Death or Murder Can Hurt You. I keep getting those two confused, but one has Peter Falk (Columbo) and the other one doesn't. Also, in one of them, there's Sherlock Holmes, Charlie Chan, Agatha Christie, and other famous detectives/crime novelists all invited to a dinner party (with Truman Capote?) and then the fun starts.

Anyhoo, it's been a while since I've seen any of those.

As for the cruise ship with the exploding boiler, that would be about 900 different movies. Name one of the actors or describe a scene (not the exploding scene [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img])
