      Priest,

      There are only two ways you can avoid customs fees:

      1) Gift from a relative
      2) Ship from you, to you.

      I've done #2 many times.

      Whether it can be done or not will depend on if they check JGCable's ID where he ships from. If they don't check his ID, he can send it from your name at his address and say he is moving and shipping it to himself.

      I actually did this when I moved cross border. I sent all my stuff to myself by UPS.
