Hey guys I was thinking that we could make a JCF shirt with a picture of Dimebag playing his Jackson Star on the back with a message honoring him. Proceeds over the cost of the shirt would go to his family. Just a thought.

Re: JCF shirt honoring Dimebag
Yep we've been discussing this on the metclub boards. One girl entered an AMAZING design!

They are actually printing and selling it. It's 100% non-profit.
It's $20. It's $16 for printing and the shipping is added as well.
I'm buying one for sure.

I'm not sure how you guys feel about me bringing this other forum up. But if you guys like it I could perhaps ask if they'd allow people from here to order T's as well.
They're buying them in shipments of 25 because that's cheaper. You took too much, man. Too much. Too much.

Re: JCF shirt honoring Dimebag
Are they sending the money to the Dime Memorial Fund, the Seymour Duncan one? Also, do they have permission to print Darrell's likeness and sell it on T-shirts? Non-profit or not, I'd say it's the Abbott family's say and place to have the right to sell Dime shirts, not every Web forum that decides to print a run of T-shirts. I wouldn't want to see Darrell's family robbed of their rights, even though it's well-intentioned. Just my opinion, and I also know it doesn't take $16 to make the shirt. Art setup is $30 and then it's $7 to $9 per shirt depending on size. So
there is some money being made; if it's donated to Darrell's family or the other victims that's one thing, but if it's not then
I'd say someone IS making a profit.Ron is the MAN!!!!
