Everything is fine for now....he pretty much knows that medical retirement is gonna happen in the near future...if thats the case with VA benefits and his retirement pay, we will be fine...move back to VA with my family possibly and he could get a job at one of the prisons there....that starts out at 45K a year...then I would be able to slip back into my role of "mommy" hopefully. As long as he lives to be a ripe old age, I dont care where we are or what we're doing...we could live in a fukkin cardboard box as long as hes alive and kickin...I dont care...

I'm OK, I don't know exactly what is going on yet with me, and apparently there is a major discrepency in what they were SUPPOSED to do the last time this happened. Basically, I should have been processed for a Medical Board months ago! But no, the idiot at Internal Medicine basically said, well, there is something wrong with your heart, it doesn't contract like its supposed to, but we don't know what it is so you have to go back to Full Duty Status [img]/images/graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/eek.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/help.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/bs.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/eviltongue.gif[/img]

So, now that I've been taken to the hospital by ambulance thinking I was having a major heart attack (my EKG looked like a Mosquito orgy [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] on paper) and receiving nitroglycerine in the triage, maybe they will see that there is a problem, oh, I don't know, maybe it's abnormal:scratch:

I'm resigned to the fact that this is it, whether I'm retired, separated, or whatever...I just can't physically do the Marine thing anymore [img]/images/graemlins/refuse.gif[/img] My heart is screwed up (I think because of genetics, my mom has a LOT of problems also), my knees are shot from running seriously for the last 12 years, I am supposed to wear two hearing aids due to gunfire and heavy equipment....I'm broken [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

It's supposed to turn really cold tonight and snow two to four inches, but I still haven't seen a detailed forecast for Christmas weekend, just the possibilty of rain and snow on the 24th so far. I hope you get to feeling better soon.
