it's not to bring the greatest tasting pizza on earth to southern cal, it's to serve it to the general public at such a ridiculously high temperature that it actually sears
the mouth of the customer shut so they cannot speak anymore and then this place would really indeed and truly be heaven.
as you can tell i can't stand dealing with the general public. anybody want in?-lol
