Probably wasn't cleared, the concrete was probably too warm for the snow to stick to it. It's a southern thing. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

My brother lives in Cleveland too. He emailed me and said he got 18 inches. He took pictures of my 14 month old nephew playing in it! I'm surprised he didn't get lost!
