New Years resolutions?

While a vast number never actually make it past January, what are yours?

Mine, one of anyway, is...

I need to stop taking things so personally, makes for a bad day and a ton of questions...

Mine are:

1.) Stop smoking

2.) Loose about 15 lbs.

Just get healthy.....my kids are hammering me about the smoking thing.

To enjoy life more. Priority numero uno to implement that is to get a better balance of home & career. More of the former, less of the latter.

I've never been big on resolutions, but this year I'm buying out my partner so I have to grow up & get much better at time management & organization, and get way more comfortable with delegating. Like Pat, I also need to learn to take things less personally, especially business-related stuff. Life's too damn short.
