well, the doctor is truly happy for you pal of mine. i can't even imagine a guitar coming in so i have no advice on this one. your asking the doctor on something he unfortunately knows nothing about anymore. jerking off always seems to calm people down, but i'll never forget the feeling of something coming in, hell i'd pay $160.00 to have it come in on saturday if it was something special. lucky guy , congratulations.

Nice shirt! Usually I need a little more than a pic, but I'm sure I can come up with something. Depends on how you want to be advertised and what you want to sell. But you know, you could go with something like:
