So yes guys, MrsTekky is my future bride. She resides in Bloomington/Normal, IL (my destination this weekend) and she's interested in learning a little bit so she can decipher what the hell I'm talking about when it comes to guitars. (though she could just ask me) So please be kind to her. She's a tough gal, but I still feel I need to protect her a little.

Well, I can generally take care of myself, but I'm always up for a nice strong guy like Tekky watching my back.

And yes, I want to learn all about guitars. I'm alreadly picking some stuff up - like Todd's preferences are the Seymour Duncan pickups and the Floyd Rose tremolo (god I hope that's right!). Plus, how am I going to get my own guitar if I don't understand them???

Thank you all very much. I look forward to seeing hopefully many of you at NAMM. (What is it like 13 days???) Hopefully I won't drive you all insane with my questions, but you will just have to live with it. Insanity can be fun! [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

As for my own guitar - could be interesting. But he has started to teach me to play very basic stuff - like Mary had a little lamb....Guess you gotta start somewhere!
