Posting an Mpeg on the internet

hey guys. I just recorded a myself playing an inprovised solo. I want to post it on this forum but i do't know how to. The file is pretty large too (13,916 kb) how would i reduce the size of the file? thanks for reading.

I'm pretty bad at computers, so i don't think i have it. Any sites that could host the mpeg?

its free... just hit the download button. There is a pay version but ive never used that one. That's a pretty big file. I dont know of any free sites that will host a file that big. Guys?
