      To make a quick reply to the last few posts..

      I may have exaggerated a little bit. That is how I feel now, being still fairly young and in a serious relationship with someone who feels the same way makes it very easy to stick to. There's a relatively decent chance that we'll stay together and I won't have to answer the questions posed here, but I do realize that it is still far from certain. So my guess is that if I end up dating somebody else who thinks more like those of you here, and I like her enough, I'll probably change my mind.

        I used to keep track of my "distance"...I still do sometimes....my record was nearly 8'. That doesn't sound like much , but as your sitting in your chair right now ...look how far way 8' really is..it's pretty far..I made my wife measure it with a measurig tape..it was just inches shy from eight feet...

            an old drummer used to do this back in the 80's with a ledger..a 'black book' so to speak. Complete with a rating system, I think did this too at some point but it was waay young..teens. Anyways, he also used to notch the bedpost for every conquest. I used to know a guy who did the notch thing on the inside of his guitars cavity covers when on the road.

            Whatever, I am well past my whoring days...just don't have three of the show up on the same day at the same club you're playing at unless it is some involving some major preplanned group activity.

            The bunny magnets are pretty popular in this house, as is Hello Kitty.. as long as I can have my guitars.. I can live with some pink here and there.

              Not to steal Brets thunder here.....but I probably shagged more chicks while I was married, than I had in my entire lifetime.

              I was only participating in that "alternate lifestyle" for about a year....but I literally lost count in that year. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

              And yes...I was checked regularly for STD's before, during and after we were out of the lifestyle...and always, with no exceptions...played it safe. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

                The STD thing is pretty serious. I have always been mindful of that and have been very cautious. You have to be. Like someone else here already said, even condoms dont provide 100% protection. There are other ways to contract STD's, especially the non fatal ones. Those can easily be passed with or without condoms. and you can also contract just about any STD by oral sex too, people seem to forget that and dont take precautious for it.

                I am no where near Brett's league, but I could never have waited until marraige to shag. Thats completely crazy in my book. I never did the one nighter thing, I only ever shagged chicks when I was in a relationship with them. but the idea of waiting until marraige is completely insane to me.
