It's a slight variation on another "Get Rich Quick" scheme that's apparently legal where you send a couple of bucks to the most recent people in a mailing list, and in turn, you put your name at the bottom of the list. The thing is forwarded around, people send you the money, and then you move up the list until you're bumped off, all the while receiving money in envelopes from around the world. This is just a digital version of it involving PayPal rather than envelopes/cash/mailboxes. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Umm, Sorry, I was the one that did it. I didn't meant to do that. I blindly clicked on the screen to reclaim it from another thing IO was doing so as to get the scroll function working again, and accurately nailed the link... I was like ohhh WTF?
