In Italy they think he's giving the curse of the Evil Eye, probably to John Kerry.

His dad actually did pick up and pretend to play a gutar at his own inauguration party, and it even had a pointy headstock! Pretty sure it wasn't a Jackson, but I haven't seen the pic since January 1989 so who knows?
