Hey I was at the Best Western right down the street near the Denny's the guy was happy just to have buisness I guess, I needed to stay an extra day since my flight got cancelled sat. night he gave me a room half off. Dude Give them hell about your CC that stuf doen't have to take a month, it can actually be worked out on the phone with your CC company as long as red roof doesn't try to screw you over!

I don't care what kind of Property Management System they are using, they can send it to their cc processor immeditately..It should take no more than 72 hours to be credited back to your account. If they give you too much hassel call their customer service center and lodge a complaint.
