I still love playing as much as I did when I was a teenager. I don't have time as much to play nowadays--a couple of hours a day max (usually only about one hour), vs. five or six hours per day when I was in college--but since I've been playing for well over 20 years, I can make those shorter playing sessions count for more. I'm almost strictly a recording guy now--I jam with a drummer every now and then, but writing and recording music is what I enjoy most.

I still love it, always will. I haven't gigged in years, but I have played well over 2000 shows and that feeling is tough to replace. I miss it more now then ever, I looking for a gig as we speak. I

Since im very young (17), I only have 1 jackson (well maybe a death angel soon) I can play guitar 6hours and still like that.

I love it as much as I ever did. If I start to get bored I just try and learn something new. Or write something new.

I am with Joel in the fact that I broke up a band last year I was just damn bored with... I have no ral desire to be in a abnd right now but I love playing right now so much... I jus been really playing a lot lately...

Turning my back on the whole idea of making music for a living has done wonders for me. I can once again just pick up my guitar in my free time and enjoy playing, writting, recording, and experimenting. Playing guitar kicks ass! I play anywhere from a half hour to six hours a day. Singing also kicks ass, I'm practicing that at least a half hour a day.

Of course I work. My family's poor, and all my friends know I'm too smart and able to just give me money. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I don't practice six hours a day very often, just occasionally on my days off. I probably practice one to two hours a day on average. I'm probably going to be a full-time college student next fall, so most of my time will be eaten up by school.

That would so rock if I could make a good living by drawing my crappy pictures. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I voted "Yes, it's among my favorite things" I just miss having someone to jam with.

My one bud moved away for a job and the other screwed me on a soloist that had a broken neck and he didn't tell me. That friendships over.

So I now play alone, which kind of bites when your at the creative clamp and need another thought.

Anyway,yes,I love playin,and I don't do it for ppl or for live shows,I do it for myself,music is one of the most important thing of my life.I would feel empty without it.My identity is somehow linked to my music.
