OK, first I apologize for the Watergate-esque "black markers" and "missing tape footage". The thread got out of hand and off-track. What happened and what it was about isn't important in the least. That's all anyone really needs to know about it.
If there's still any interest in congratulating me or offering me condolances I'll put this back out there, but please, if you're gonna hijack the thread, make it about hockey or something cool like that, not the crap that was there before I deleted it...

Friggin Hockey. We have a decent Quebec Major Jr. team here, so I can see some hockey anyway. Sidney Crosby is around here every couple of months to skate around our team. That kid is incredible. Any of you guys see him play?Tarbaby Fraser.Comment

Rimouski Oceanic, is his team. He was one of the big stars at the World Juniors - Gretsky says he's the best since Mario. He makes all the other kids look like chumps. I think he has a website...yep

No, seriously, it's not a "New Sheriff in town" thing. I edited Kevin's and Jeremy's posts because they were in response to the original cause. I had already discussed it with Kevin before I "cleansed" the thread. Anything that had to do with the reason the thread got moved in the first place got deleted. Even things I posted did. OK. So this is the last of the talk of the old stuff... Gotta keep this train-a-rollin, K?
Actually I haven't been to see a Wolves game yet. I've seen them on TV a few times. The Allstate is kinda difficult to get to for me. It's not impossible and there's a shuttle from the Rosemont Blue-line stop, but sometimes that whole thing is more trouble than it's worth. But with my jonesing for hockey increasing each day, I may have to brave the trip in the snowy muck of suburban Chicago...Occupy JCFComment
