      <font color="yellow">Toru:

I really like the MP-1. I've gotten some preset sheets from adadepot and have been fooling with them to get a feel for what it can do.

I have by no means really delved into the possibilities yet though.

The poweramp is way more than I ever need to be honest. I want to kind of tweak my rack setup a bit to simplify it eventually but if I decide to gig again, I'd have enough to play a gig.

The preamp is actually warm and Marshally, and responds well to pick attack I think. </font>

      Thank you Sam!

I have been thinking of putting a small rack maybe 2pace rack with power/pre and another 2pace rack for effects..
It seems to me I will save a lot of money doing this especially getting many settings than just 2CHs from a head amp with no effects....

                  Re: Post your Gear Thread

I've been wanting to post my gear pics for a long time but my rack has been out for service for a while. I'll have it back this weekend and will shoot a pic of it. Here's my basic gear list:
Guitars: 8 USA Soloists including 3 reverse heads, 3 San Dimas, a Shannon BGF, and a couple of Ontarios.
9 or 10 Strat bodied gtrs including 3 GMWs (Crossed Swords, Lynch Bengal, and the new headstock HRF GMW which isn't here yet), python Jackson, employee Charvel EVHII (dead mint), a Charvel/GMW parts gtr, and a couple of "Diamond" guitars that I am finishing as we speak and logoing myself,
2 USA Rhoads- 1 is RR0801, a perfect restoration IMO, and the nuclear yellow Custom Shop RR-1 I got from Joe.
'02 Death Warrior, NAMM '02 King V "Fire Serpent",
98 KE2, SRV Strat, YJM Strat, ESP M-I Custom, Peavey Destiny, Washburn Nuno N4 in cherryburst, Guild S-300D (my first guitar), Charvel pre-pro checkered explorer,
Chlorine PC1, Big Red, Soloist J0419 (a restoration project yet to be started.
Some acoustics- Takamine, Alvarez, a trio of Yamahas (classical, 12-string, and a dreadnaught, a Guild F-50R, and my wife is buying me a new Taylor 914CE-L for my b-day.
                  Weber Gallatin mandolin,
AMPS: Mesa Triple Rect, Mesa Triaxis, Mesa Simul 2:90 power amp, Johnson Marquis 2X12.
Rack for live use: TC Electronic G-Force
                  TC Electronic 2290 Delay/Effects
                  Eventide H3000 D/SE Harmonizer
                  TC M-One XL
                  Assorted Morley and Boss floor
                  pedals.
CABS: Mesa 4X12 Recto, Mesa 2X12 Recto
                  Keys/Sequencers: Roland Fantom-S sequencer/sampler/keyboard, Alesis QS 6.1 keyboard.
Recording gear: I sold my Roland VS 1680 to get a ProTools setup; Mac dual processor, Digi002R, Roland DS-90 powered monitors, assorted Shure, EV and Sennheiser mics.
I'd like to put all the guitars and stringed instruments in a gear pic with my amp/rack and cabs in the background, sort of like Lynch did in one of his promo posters.

Guessing by the L designation, it's one of the Limiteds, but which one? There's typically a number that comes after the L. I'm not really up to speed on my Taylor Limiteds though. In any case, you'll love that ridiculously gorgeous guitar... Taylors I've found are addicting to play and listen to...
