an MTV song like 5 minutes or Cemetary might not make the cut just because I am trying to give songs most don't have access too.

If I include anything Metallica it will be "to live is to die" One of the CD's floaing around our group has the No like till leather demo's FYI... just so you know they have some taste like I said I want to dig deep of sorts so I need suggestions on the following band top three songs

Dude Sinergy, can't believe I didn't say that myself. I actually like their slower "Written In Stone" quite a bit. Actually the whole Suicide By My Side album is kickass

Black Sabbath - no metal comp is complete w/out a Sabbath track starting it off
