Car accident last night

Actually, It was 2 nights ago. I was walking across the street, in a crosswalk, minding my own buisness, and out of nowhere i get sideswiped by a 20 year old collage student in a Caddilac Escalade. I go up on his hood, off his window and take out his mirror. ( A police office saw the whole thing go down). Strangley, I landed on my feet. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
To make a long story short, I end up in the emergency room. 4 hours later I have no Broken Bones and a "Contusion." (A nice name for a Bruise [img]/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif[/img])
The next morning I can hardly move. So I call my Lawyer and after telling him my story, he sends me to "his doctor" [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
End of the story: Minium 4 weeks of therpy. Could be as much as 4 months... [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] Out of work until who knows when. [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] CAncelled gigs for the next Month [img]/images/graemlins/bs.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]
And my arm/back/neck hurts.....

you are not seeing the cool side of this. possible pain killer prescriptions, and you beat a fukkin' escalade and lived to tell the tale.

Dude, that totally sucks! Our drummer was in a nasty car accident a couple of months back, and we had to cancel four shows. So, I feel your pain over the gigs. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Glad you're OK. What a bummer.

That would piss me off to get hit by some spolied punk college kid riding around in daddy's Escalade. Like others have said, I hope the settlement is a good one.
