Treat your admins well!

I just want to say that I've been noticing a lot more flack being directed at the admins lately. Directly and indirectly. Some of it is tongue-in-cheek. But much of it NOT.

I think this is really uncool [img]/images/graemlins/bs.gif[/img] . Cut the s**t, folks. It's uncalled for. And it makes the JCF place a much less pleasurable place to visit.

And I have to agree - a big thanks to the admins. It's a really crappy job most of the time. More work than most people realize. You guys are great. I totally respect what you do here. Thank you for doing this and taking all the crap that you do!

I handle the administrative work -(filling out the payroll paperwork, hr paperwork, meetings, vacation info, etc) for around 300 people-by myself-and the time I get the most attention is when something is screwed up. And of course, I have to fix it whether it's my fault or not. Admin work of any kind can be very nasty!

In the other thread that most likely caused this one to come up I saw some comments I did not like. Seriously I know most of us like this place or we wouldn't be here but without admins this place doesn't exist... Lets not make them all want to quit... Frankly I feel sorry for the admins espescially when you get some much BS for actually doing your job... I am sure the same peole complaining would complain if say the admins weren't here and they didn't like the way teh board got overrun by 13 year olds...
